Shipping Options?
Shipping charges are determined by the total value of your order. Standard shipping charges apply to the continental United States (We have the right to update and/or change shipping charges at any time). Rush delivery is available at an additional charge. Please be aware that we cannot ship to a P.O. Box address. If you wish to have rush delivery please email us for a custom quote.

Delivery Time
We work extremely hard to get your order processed within 2-3 business days. Your order will ship accordingly thereafter and most orders will arrive to you within 7-10 business days. You will not receive e-mail from us (other than customer service e-mail related to a particular order or request of yours).

Returns, Exchanges, Cancellations, or Modifications?
Returns are accepted for exchanges only. After processing your return, you will receive a receipt of credit within 7-10 business days. If you wish to make an exchange, we will issue the requested changes to your order and process it upon receipt of the returned portion of the order. We charge shipping & handling for exchanged orders being reshipped. Once an order has reached our distribution center an order cannot be cancelled or modified. If the order is unwanted you will need to ship the order back to us as a return or exchange. All items must be returned within 15 days of receipt.
